Selective wavelength photodiodes with 660 nm peak response by Opto Diode

The third in Opto Diode's (Newbury Park, CA) series of selective wavelength photodiodes, the hermetically sealed ODD-660W operates from 550 to 720 nm (with peak response at 660 nm) and features a spectral bandwidth of 80 nm. It promises extremely low dark current without the need for optical filters; applications include fluorescence detection and medical diagnostics.
