The IS-LEDc dual-wavelength excitation light source from Siskiyou Corporation (Grants Pass, OR) has uses in optogenetics and other life science applications. Its optics module combines the output from two LEDs, and focuses the light into a single SMA fiber-optic connector. The light source comes with a choice of two LEDs from a range of visible and near-infrared center wavelengths, including 460, 525, 590, 735, and 850 nm. LED nominal power output is 5 W at each wavelength, with other powers available on a custom basis.
