The SPOT Pursuit CCD camera from SPOT Imaging Solutions (Sterling Heights, MI) performs rapid time-lapse recordings for live cell imaging and photobleaching fluorescence specimens. Features include a high-quantum-efficiency CCD sensor and Peltier cooling to enable high-speed acquisition rates of 11 frames/s at full resolution without sacrificing read noise.
