Quantum cascade laser module by Block Engineering

Mini-QCL quantum cascade laser module from Block Engineering

The Mini-QCL quantum cascade laser module from Block Engineering (Marlborough, MA) is available in spectral ranges >250 cm-1 per module, with the ability to combine multiple modules. It has use in real-time gas analysis applications requiring a mid-infrared (mid-IR) laser source, including greenhouse gas monitoring, automotive combustion analysis, oil and gas exploration, and air quality monitoring. Additional applications include photoacoustic spectroscopy (PAS), cavity ring-down spectroscopy (CRDS), IR microscopy, and atomic force microscopy (AFM).
